Sold a Condo home in 2021 in Lynden, WA.

As an out-of-state residence (I Live in Vermont) I was a little overwhelmed at the prospect of trying to sell my Mon's Condo from so far away. Thankfully one of my Mom's neighbors highly recommended Rick. He went above and beyond in every aspect of the selling process. Rick listed our condominium in Lynden Washington. In spite of inclement weather and his short lasting illness, the condo was sold in an acceptable manner. Rick is very knowledgeable about the community and the nuances of the business.

Bought a Mobile / Manufactured home in 2021 in Maple Falls, WA.

I just retired and moved up from California last Spring. Not much money to home buy, so couldn't get anything larger or newer. Rick was endlessly patient with getting me through several loan applications with a particular loan officer who, while wonderful to speak with, didn't know how to get my loan finalized. I lost the first home I put an offer on because that person was unable to get the loan through. Extremely frustrating. And a little frightening, not knowing if I would be able to make this happen. Rick found another place, older but a little larger, and got my application to go through and I now own my home. Rick is kind, and I know this wouldn't have happened without him and all his patience and help.

Bought a Single Family home in 2018 in Blaine, WA.

Rick is amazing! As a first time home buyer I did my research. I took classes, did my research, basically I came in asking a lot of questions and he had an answer for everything. If he didn't know something he would find out. When looking at homes he would point out things I never thought of or even considering asking about. He walked me through every step of the process and was there at every appointment to make sure I was well taken care of. Even when I found myself unsure or losing hope of finding my dream home he was always there to give me choices and options to work with. I would absolutely recommend utilizing his vast knowledge and experience when looking for real estate. Even since I been in my home he has been checking in with me. Seeing if I had any questions and how I was adjusting as a new home owner. I truly respect his work ethic and how well informed he was, and most of all how kind and patient he was while working with me.
